We’re excited to be working with the U.S. Air Force, under the Small Business Innovation Research program, to stand up the BESPIN Design Studio. The BESPIN Design Studio will enable staff throughout the USAF to understand, learn, and implement modern design practices by providing a variety of resources for delivering transformative user experiences.

In under two months, we helped the United States Space Force design and launch my.spaceforce.mil, which went live on January 25, 2021. This website will enable the U.S. Armed Forces’ newest branch to better disseminate mission-critical information to over 15,000 service members.

We’re honored to be working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on the new SimpleReport.gov initiative. This nation-wide digital service will make it easier and faster for COVID-19 testing facilities to report results to public health departments.

We’re honored to be working with the U.S. Air Force, under the Small Business Technology Transfer program, to provide them with a solution for scaling the adoption of service design. Service design is an emerging, but proven discipline for designing, aligning, and optimizing an organization’s operation (people, processes, technology, etc.) to better support user journeys.
