Helping the VA formulate a flagship mobile application strategy was one of the first projects Skylight ever worked on. GearFit platform sees significant growth after launch on DoD's Cloud One

We’re excited to witness the growth of the GearFit platform after it was launched on the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Cloud One and became accessible via the Air Force Portal. Since launch, we’ve had a 200% increase in activity compared to the past 2 years, with submissions from all nine Air Force Major Commands and from bases all over the world.

Skylight awarded SBIR III contract by USAF to continue supporting BESPIN Design Studio

We’re honored to be awarded an SBIR III with the U.S. Air Force to continue supporting BESPIN’s Design Studio, which grows BESPIN’s design capabilities by facilitating the development of user-centered products at scale. The Design Studio will also set the standard for various design disciplines in the U.S. Air Force and enable airmen designers through training and pairing.

Skylight launches Career Pathways framework

We’re thrilled to launch the Skylight Career Pathways, which provides a framework for different roles you’ll find at Skylight and details about the skills needed to work at each level. We use this framework to help employees identify the skills needed to progress in their careers, assess skills in preparation for performance reviews, develop job descriptions for hiring new employees, and evaluate candidates during the hiring process.
