Skylight receives STRATFI award from AFWERX
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded a 3-year, $17.5M STRATFI contract by the U.S. Air Force’s AFWERX as part of the SBIR/STTR program. With this funding, we’ll be collaborating with BESPIN, an interagency software factory, to streamline and scale their business, design, engineering, security, and training operations using our Service Design Accelerator solution. This solution will help enable BESPIN to support hundreds of customers and product teams in the coming years as demand for its services, products, and platforms grows.

Skylight awarded follow-on task order to support the U.S. Air Force’s Weather Systems Program Office
We’re excited to announce that we’ve been awarded a $2.3M follow-on task order by the U.S. Air Force, under the BESPIN Design Studio SBIR Phase III IDIQ, to continue supporting the Weather Systems Program Office (WxPO). We’ll keep helping WxPO deliver human-centered design at scale as part of its weather modernization efforts.

Skylight awarded contract by the CDC to rationalize their disparate landscape of vocabulary tools
We’re happy to announce that we’ve been awarded a SBIR Phase III contract by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to develop an enterprise-wide software platform called Vocabulizer. The purpose of this new platform is to rationalize the CDC’s disparate landscape of program-specific vocabulary tools in order to make it more efficient and effective to pass public health data between entities. We look forward to supporting the CDC in this important endeavor.

We’re happy to announce that we’ve been awarded a SBIR Phase III contract by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to explore ways to automate manual data tasks using artificial intelligence, including robotic process automation. We look forward to accelerating the CDC’s progress toward its public health data milestones through the innovative and practical application of AI.
