We’re excited to announce that we’ve been awarded a task order by the U.S. Air Force, under the BESPIN Design Studio SBIR Phase III IDIQ, to provide solution design services to Platform One, the Air Force’s DevSecOps platform for building and delivering secure software. Our work will help Platform One design solutions around the needs of the teams that rely on it.

We’re happy to announce that we’ve been awarded a SBIR Phase III contract by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to develop a minimum viable product that improves the complaint submission experience. We’ll use human-centered design to make submitting a complaint to the FDA simpler and clearer.

We’re happy to announce that we’ve been awarded a SBIR Phase III contract by the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) to map its processes using our Service Design Accelerator. This work will help DFC find practical ways to streamline how it operates.

We’re happy to announce that we’re working with prime contractor A+ Government Solutions to support the Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy and Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ASTP/ONC). We’ll provide system architecture expertise to develop, test, and pilot solutions for stages 3 and 4 of the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) Roadmap for exchange under the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA).

We’re honored to be awarded another task order by the U.S. Air Force, under the BESPIN Design Studio SBIR Phase III IDIQ, to continue supporting the Department of Defense’s Office of Strategic Capital (OSC). We’ll keep helping OSC use service design to deliver on its mission of bringing private capital to critical technologies.
